Community Involvement
The American Legion, Lions Club, Nicollet Conservation Club and other local organizations provide opportunities for people to contribute both inside and outside the community. The Nicollet Chamber of Commerce promotes local business and, with the support of its members, sponsors a number of local events. Nicollet Volunteer Fire and Rescue: Nicollet takes pride in the rapid response and quality service provided by its volunteer fire department. The citizens who make up this elite group exemplify the spirit of giving by devoting their time to help others in time of need.
